Free upgrade! Singnet upgrade my plan to 512k FOC! Although no significance detectable speed difference is felt.Maybe they think 512 and 256 has no difference so they decided to change everyone to 512.Since the price is the same for the 2 speeds, they may have decided to upgrade those with 256 connection since it raises the utility of the consumers i.e less disgruntled customers will call their service centres to complain and overall good image will be formed in the mind of consumers.
