Truly happy. All this time, I've been so obsessed with being happy I didn't realise that being happy is just a state of being. It's not a designation that you could go to. It's just something that if you want it you can have it.It didn't matter how bad things get. You could always find a way and see the good side of things.

Things that make you happy are only there for reinforcement, like an aid.
