UK is going to make a bold move to liberalise Sex selection laws,citing previous bans is based on taboos rather than reasoned argument. It was not an easy decision when 5 out of 10 voted for and 5 voted against,then four to one in favour of the report.

Why do I care again? because I'm writing a paper on it but in the Singapore context.
