I don't know if the Gaghan are considered lucky or unlucky. They always manage to beat the team to reach last and yet encounter lots of difficulties. It's as if they're the most unfortunate team. This episode, their boatman decided to pick up someone else, they lost the fast forward to the Paolo's family, their bus got blocked by a Pepsi machine loading truck but they always manage to come in 2nd last every single time.

A while ago he was telling me he can't do those barrage of fluids tutorials. reiterates : He's a FREAK! Just found out the girl who sits in front of me almost every lecture is a Dean lister. She looks so meek not the studious type. Looks CAN be decieving. Everyone's so strong I gotta train harder!

Looking at the papers about Wilma, it makes me glad that Singapore is not natural disaster prone due to the geographic location. Flooding Flooding and more flooding. It's getting on my nerves and disturbing my mood. I can't help but feel sorry for the people out there. I wish God would bless them and bade them good luck.

With all the bird flu virus around, it's not safe to eat chicken anymore. Kakashi can't help feeling sorry for all the birds culled during the prevention of this epidemic. Kakashi reckons that the human civilisation probably only have a century or so before viruses like the bird flu or any other killer disease starts an epidemic and kills the entire world population.

Kakashi thinks that it's the human's population crimes against this green earth. The earth is punishing it's inhabitants and we ain't gonna be around for long. It's a gloomy prospect no doubt but we had it coming.It's true! Wilma is going to Florida this moment. Sorry for the short random outburst on the death of the population but Kakashi can't help it when all he's been inculcated with from gek lectures are protecting the environment and how deteriorated the earth has become.

Well China launched a second rocket into space. I should feel proud, but i don't. Somehow, I see this as a indirect message to US or perhaps the world that Chinese are coming into power. I wanna whine about the incompetency of the printers in NUS.The printers in that place and that particular fac are in all not working condition, not the ones at CC nor the ones at E2 So I had to go all the way to the opposite faculty where the girls dress relatively better and come in huge numbers. I'm not complaining about the sudden increase in eye candies, but the long distance and the sweltering heat I had to endure are just a pain.
Okay that's just so dumb. Give me a break okay I have nothing to write about, been really busy with revisions and stuff.

Crap, just recieved a call, I got alert amber over the Christmas Festive season. Bahz.

39 more daysz.. These days, I'm afraid to switch on the news, it's nowhere near encouraging news and it's getting a bit repetitive although me knows it's a different story. It's like the news casters have a template which goes like this:

______(country) has been hit by ________(Disaster).
The country has been overwhelmed by the amount of rescue efforts needed.
Survivors of the disaster are recieving little or no aid and they lack even the most basic necessity
Looters have surfaced and are mainly scavenging for food and other neccessity.
Government officials admit they're overwhelm by the diasaster and insists help is picking momentum.
Meanwhile, the World bank has pledge $X millions of dollars and other countries have pledge $X millions of dollars.
X numbers of people have perished so far and fears hundreds more may be trapped.

It makes one think that the end of the world is coming. But that's not necessartrue. I think it's a sign that the earth is giving us. It's degrading to a state where it is starting not to sustain itself and break down. Kinda like the analogy of a sick earth. Nursing it back to health would require immerse cooperation from the world's leaders, but it seems they can't find a sticking point as economic development seems to be the infatuation of the countries nowadays.

Free riders comes in mass numbers
Today , I encountered some shock.Anything that does not fall within the limits of the normal norm comes as a shock to me. I was taking bus 96 from Eng to Forum busstop and that bus will pass through SDE bus stop. At that bus stop were like 50 plus vietnamese or cambodian students(which i realised later as they were talking in gibberish) in white uniform, boys and girls. So they hailed the bus and the bus allowed them to aboard. At first I though they're like gonna pay for the ride as bus 96 is not a shutter bus. But no, the whole lot of them got on the bus, from the front and the back. I bet the bus driver was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of students getting up and didn't stop them. And the fact that they were from another country, they probably didn't know the truth.
There's no point to the story, I just thought it's not something you encounter everyday.

Leap of faith A leap of faith can be a terrible thing.

Let me just share this interesting story, read it from somewhere,

Researchers were doing an experiment on behaviour. They put 5 gorillas and a dangling bunch of bananas on a banana tree were in an enclosure. Everytime a gorilla tried to approach the banana tree to get the banana, researchers would hose the gorilla down together with the rest of the other four who didn't do anything. This happened for a few times until, none of the gorillas want to approach the bananas for fear they would get hose down and get wet and uncomfortable.

So they replaced one of the gorillas with a new gorilla who didn't know anything about the hosing and they stopped the hosing. The new gorilla would naturally want to approach the bananas to get it. But the rest of the gorillas knowing what will happen, grabbed him and beat him up as he was approaching the bananas. This happened for another few instances until the new gorilla didn't dare to approach for fear of getting beaten up.

The researchers replaced another gorilla from the orginal four that was left, the new gorilla did the same thing, approaching the banana and getting beaten up by the other four.

This went on for another few cycles and finally the researchers replaced all the original 5 gorillas with new 5 gorillas. None of the gorillas would approach the bananas as they would get beaten up for no reason. None of them knew about getting hosed and didn't know why they would get beaten up for trying to get that bunch of bananas.So now there are just five clueless gorillas who would just stare at the bananas wondering.

I guess the point is question everything, don't just do things because the previous few people do it.

The same thing is happening in lost! Punching the lost numbers into the computer every 108 minutes without knowing what the purpose is is just wrong.

This fat guy was sitting beside us. By fat I mean really fat that the fats were spilling over the chairs, even though I reckon Seoul has the biggest chair. Anyway, he's with this fine gorgeous looking lady, which i reckon is his wife due to the ring and all. Now I truly believe the ten point rule. In case you have no idea what the ten point rule is, it's some theory that ysl comes up with. It states that the closer you are to ten the more likely the relationship will last. So, I give this guy a 2/10 and the girl an 8/10, based on impression. So 2+8 = 10 The relationship between them will last. So if two gorgeous looking people get together say 7 and 9 = 16. This indicates that the relationship will most likely fail. As it is faraway from the ideal 10. Will elaborate on this further if I touch on this again.

Essentially what it's trying to suggest is that there's some kind of balance in this world. Opposite halves try to fix and cover-up each other's weakness to make a whole, otherwise the thing will not work out. In another interperation, it also means that when one thing gets you down, there's always something else in your life that has it going for you. Suppose your IQ is low, but you have your EQ to make up for it. You may have beauty but you do not have the brains, You may not be good in English, but you're the best in Maths. Anyway, you get the idea.

For once mInG is right. Amazing race is on in the morning at nine direct off satellite then again at eight thirty at night on channel 5. Freak, I thought that charmed is on at eight-thirty and Amazing race is on at ten. like last time. Apparently, one shouldn’t assume. Now, I’ll have to siphon off the net to get my fix.

Well, the secret’s out. I have a links page. It’s my pathetic attempt to archive every single person that is on the blogsphere close to home. Minus the people who are too cutesy/young/unintelligent for my liking and my friends, I don’t like to link my friends. Period. You’ll be amazed at how young kids that blogged are. I digressed. I found this task incredibly tough, especially when you thought you found and linked everyone, you find another cluster of people that was once completely unlinked by any of the links. Okay long sentence does not make sense. Whatever.. Technically people can backtrack to that page and link back here. I’m sure that guy backtracked from there. So it’s no biggie. The computer idiot in me can’t figure out how to do a RSS feed, plus IMOH, it’s too difficult, so I’ll have to resort to using Blogroll to tell me which sites are updated so I can visit them to read. It’s a lot of sites to begin with, but it beats having to load every single site to read. Well, if you have found it congrats, if you haven, keep trying, success comes to people who preserve.

46 more days One more show to add to the list of shows I watch. This is definitely my personal favourite, I don’t know why, perhaps it’s because of the glitz and glamour behind the show. Everyone looks so pretty. No I’m not talking about OC, I dropped out of California since Season one as the relationships between Ryan and Merissa were getting too messy for me to handle. I’m talking about Desperate housewives. It definitely had a good run in Season one, and I’m looking forward to this season partly because I love the life lessons it seems to expound, the constant suspicion of neighbours and the narration which makes it seem like SATC. But it’s nothing like SATC, as critics claim. I feel it has a character and beauty of it’s own. It’s more family orientated yet, witty yet uncompromising.

So there’s a new family in Wisteria lane. The show is still as scandalous as ever. Apparently the new, African American family has some guy whom the show does not tell, locked up in the basement of the house. I sorta assumed it’s their father. But why would they do that? More things to leave the audience pondering. I knew it. Delphino is Zak’s father. Maybe Marie Alice’s death was not due to Zak finding out that he is not her real son. It was never explicitly mentioned why in the show. I suspect it’s has something to do with this season too, since she is, technically, still the narrator.

Blogger’s still not back in order. Buttons are still all over the place. What are the people at blogger doing? I’m know I’m not the only one with the buttons flying around. Don’t blogger screen blogs to find out about complaints?

47 more days! Slowly feeling the sands of time slipping away, even though I had already had this feeling eons ago but today was especially strong. This is even more so especially when there are 47 days left before the first Final exam. I say nonchalantly it like it’s no big deal but inside, my heart racing and my stomach is churning. It maybe the run of Diarrhea I had this morning but that is a completely different issue.

Been watching a lot of crap lately, Xi di (Small S) is going on maternal leave for four months and the last episode of Kang xi just aired. Her leave will be until next year April. They’re gonna show reruns of the show after that. I’m gonna miss that show. Not! Channel U is showing previous episodes of Kang xi. Yayness.

Hmm Isn't this suppose to be illegal. The original picture had no 'Specimen' pasted over it. I had to go put one in incase I get into trouble. Anyway, the story is that this girl wanted this guy to give her a $50 angbao for her birthday. So he go and scan the money to send it over Msn. hahaz..

Nanos skins are so pretty. I want one too. I've read so many people wanting a nano but never actually found one who actually has one. This guy is GOD! he has a nano and he wanted some pretty skins to go with it.

This guy went to Brunei for CST. I should have gone too, but due to budget constraints at SMI side, we had to forgo Brunei, *thank Heavens. Brunei was a nightmare. Anyway, back to the picture, the Brunei people are teaching the SAF soldiers how to skin a rabbit. Kinda Brutal, the guy said the rabbit had to be knocked unconcious before skinning it or the skin will stick to the body when there is a drop in temperature. Then later this guy go and take picture with the dead rabbit's head, what a nut case. ~ I would have done it too but that's not the point.

Oh god this rabbit is so cute I couldn't not resisting posting it. (It wasn't intentional, posting right after the rabbit killing picture) This guy got a new rabbit from his dear I think. God, If my gf gave me a rabbit, I'd ask her to take care of it herself. Sheesh...

Apparently on this blog, the guy was bitching about how much of a faggort this guy is to carry around the bags for the girls. Yeah, I so totally agree. Not being MCP or anything, but the way this guy follow around the girls is so puppish. Grow a freaking D***, man.
