I thought the passport would come in by mail since it technically wrote by post. Then I realised you have to personally go down and grab it. Then they told me my photo wasn't accepted because it had glare on it. I was looking positively radiant on that photo, cos I had taken it when I just passed my class 3. Sighz. Now my Photo looks sucky.
So now they changed the passport to expire every five years instead of ten and you don't have to extend it. The environmentalist in me was positively fuming.
"Do you know how many trees will be killed! "
Well, rules are rules and you can't change that.
I wonder why almost all the staff there are malays. hmmm...
