Singapore Idol Rocks! It never fails to amaze me how many people who think they can dance and sing get onto that show. Still these are the people who make the show interesting to watch. The auditions were quite a disaster for some of them. I wonder if they actually sang for someone else to get approval before going to sing. They should. Cos their friends might say no, and not embarass them. IMHO it's better to get embarassed in front of ur friends than on national TV. Yeah, they show "careless whisper guy" in the trailers but they never show it in the auditions. I wanna see him sing!

The judges.
They're atrocious. They behave unprofessionally and say bad mouth the contestant when they leave and laugh and make funny remarks (though some were quite weird.) If I had my way, I'd just replace them all! With whom ? I haven figured that out yet. Anyone is better than them.

Gurmit singh.
Now he's a lucky bastard. He gets to hug and console every crying babe that fails the audition at the exit. He gets to share the joy of them getting into the next round. Well, I think he has the best job of all.

Jasmine Tye.
She's the only contestant I've seen so far whom I think can make it. The rest? Hmm dunnoe.. no star quality seen yet. Maybe time will tell.
