Never help an escaped convict. One day a scorpion was trying to cross the river. Then he saw a turtle came by.

"Hey give me a ride across the river?" He asked

"No way! you'll sting me and i'll die"

"I promise I won't sting. "

"Yes you will."

"Look, If I sting you, we'll both die"

Reluctantly the turtle agreed.

Then Halfway through the river ride, the scorpion stung the turtle.
